Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Labourer (Casual) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various operational tasks across our site, ensuring smooth daily functions and maintaining a safe, organized environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced setting while contributing to the success of our projects. The Labourer (Casual) will perform physically engaging duties, assist with site maintenance, and support team members as needed to uphold high standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment around the site
Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste disposal
Support tradespeople and team members with their daily tasks and material handling
Maintain safety protocols by adhering to all health and safety guidelines during operations
Operate basic tools and equipment safely under supervision
Help set up work areas for upcoming tasks or projects
Report any hazards or unsafe conditions immediately to supervisors

Skills

Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of health and safety procedures in a construction or industrial environment
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly to changing priorities
Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
