Full job description

Westholme have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Office Administrator to join us in our office in Asgarby, Sleaford. We are seeking an organised, detail-orientated, and highly motivated person to join our team. If you are excited about this role but your experience or qualifications don’t perfectly align, we would encourage you to apply as full training will be given.

Key responsibilities:

Dealing with queries on the phone, email and social media
Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases
Placing orders with suppliers and reconciliation of invoices against orders
Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment
Keeping vehicles and drivers’ data up to date
Arranging travel and accommodation
Managing expenses and associated record keeping
Managing diaries, organising meetings, scheduling appointments and overseeing catering during company events
Arranging post and deliveries
Liaising with suppliers and clients
Managing and storing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails and letters
Typing up letters and reports
Taking minutes at meetings
Follow data protection guidelines
Keeping social media sites up to date (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)

Requirements:

Good sense of humour
Be able to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
Strong IT and administrative skills
Ability to multitask, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Flexible and open to change
Desire to learn and progress their career
Interest in improving carbon footprint of the roleIn return you will:
