About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Waterproofing & Damp Surveyor to join our growing team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically skilled surveyor with strong sales ability to play a key role in both diagnosing issues and converting opportunities into work.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out detailed damp and waterproofing surveys across residential and commercial properties
Diagnose issues including rising damp, penetrating damp, condensation, and waterproofing failures
Prepare clear, professional reports with recommended remedial solutions
Provide accurate quotations and specifications for works
Convert survey opportunities into confirmed projects
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
Ensure all work complies with current regulations and industry best practice

Requirements

CSSW (Certified Surveyor in Structural Waterproofing)
CSTDB (Certificated Surveyor of Timber & Dampness in Buildings)
Proven experience in damp and waterproofing surveying
Strong sales track record with the ability to convert leads into work
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Full UK driving licence
