Full job description

About the Role

We are looking for an Operations assistant to join our team at Decorum Vending, a market leader of automated retail solutions for the busiest airports and train stations throughout the UK. This is a varied role that combines administration, customer service, and stock management duties to help keep the operation running

Key Responsibilities

Responding to customer enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Answering incoming telephone calls and directing enquiries as appropriate.
Helping with stock takes, audits and data accuracy.
Helping maintain product catalogues.
Assisting with general administrative tasks and office support duties.

Skills and Experience

Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle complaints professionally.
Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good knowledge of Excel, Outlook etc and/or willing to learn.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
A proactive and positive attitude.
