Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver/Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team. In this dual-role position, you will be responsible for safely delivering goods to various locations while also managing warehouse tasks such as stock handling, loading, unloading, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Your energetic approach and excellent communication skills will ensure smooth operations and outstanding service to our customers. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be an integral part of a fast-paced logistics environment, combining driving expertise with warehouse versatility.

Responsibilities

Safely operate company vehicles for local deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate drop-offs.
Load and unload goods efficiently using appropriate manual handling techniques, including heavy lifting when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, pickups, and inventory movements.
Assist with warehouse organization, including stock rotation, storage, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Communicate effectively with team members and customers to coordinate deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.
Follow all health and safety regulations and driving laws to ensure a secure working environment.

Requirements

Proven delivery driver experience with a clean driving record.
Valid <PERSON> driver’s license or equivalent commercial driving license.
Experience in commercial driving and knowledge of local routes.
Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable.
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of daily duties.
Strong communication skills to interact professionally with team members and clients.
Reliable, punctual, with a proactive attitude towards safety and efficiency.
