About the Role

We are a busy shipping and packing centre in Kilburn looking for a hands-on, reliable team member to manage day-to-day shipping operations. This role involves packing, dispatching, customer service, and sales, so we are looking for someone who is practical, organised, and confident dealing with customers.

Key Responsibilities

Providing shipping quotes (UK & international courier services)
Packing items securely (fragile, valuable, and irregular items)
Booking shipments and managing dispatch & courier collections
Tracking shipments and updating customers
Taking payments and completing transactions
Delivering excellent customer service from enquiry to delivery
Building relationships with customers and encouraging repeat business
Upselling / cross-selling additional services

What We’re Looking For

Experience in packing, shipping, retail, or logistics (preferred)
Comfortable with physical work and manual handling
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Good communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated and able to take initiative
Reliable with excellent timekeeping
Basic IT skills (email, booking systems, payments)
