Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized Car Sales Administrator to join our vibrant automotive sales team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, ensuring seamless coordination between sales staff, customers, and administrative functions. Your enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service, combined with your strong organizational skills and IT proficiency, will drive efficiency and enhance the overall customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment while supporting the success of our dealership.

We are flexible on hours and days and would consider both full-time and part-time applicants.

Duties

Manage all aspects of sales administration, including processing customer documentation, vehicle registration, and financing paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions to foster long-term relationships
Coordinate with sales staff to prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts efficiently
Maintain organized records of vehicle inventory, sales transactions, and service histories using Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools
Support the dealership’s communication efforts by drafting professional correspondence and updating internal databases using Microsoft Word and Outlook
Assist in scheduling appointments, test drives, and follow-up calls to ensure excellent customer service standards are met
Collaborate with finance teams using Sage or similar accounting software to process payments and manage financial documentation

Experience

Proven experience in sales administration within the automotive or retail sector is essential.
Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Familiarity with CRM software systems for managing customer data and sales pipelines
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
Experience working with IT systems such as Sage accounting software or equivalent financial tools is desirable
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
