About The Role

Job Title: AutosOnShow - Customer Service Advisor
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
Location: Remote (occasionally visiting the office)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 9am – 5.30pm
Job Status: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

To provide class leading customer support via phone and email to efficiently troubleshoot and diagnose issues as well as delivering clear, effective solutions to ensure a positive customer experience
Triaging the service desk and assigning priority to issues based on a priority matrix
Write and update support cases on a service desk, and liaise with internal teams where necessary for resolution
Support an established Account Management team to maintain and manage a class leading onboarding experience and ongoing customer support

Key Skills

Excellent telephone manner
Ideally 2 years of experience working within a customer service role
Good verbal and written communication skills both with customers and other team members
General IT Competence (Microsoft Office Suite, Windows)

Advantageous but not essential:

Experience of working with digital imagery

Experience in customer relations and building rapport with customers
Experience with more technical systems (SQL, reading log files)
Experience with networking (hardware & software)
Familiarity with MacOS
Full UK Driving Licence
