Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a passionated Baker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a background in food preparation and production, with a keen eye for detail and a love for creating delicious baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for producing a variety of baked items, accross our different brands.
We are focused on premium clean lable baked goods, like cookies, brownies, cakes, pacakes, etc.

Duties

Prepare and bake a wide range of products, including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies.
Follow recipes accurately to ensure the quality and consistency of baked goods.
Monitor baking times and temperatures to achieve optimal results.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bakery area in compliance with food safety regulations.
Assist in the preparation of ingredients.
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new recipes and improve existing offerings.
Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and cleaned after use.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food safety practices.
Excellent attention to detail with a passion for creating exceptional baked goods.
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A culinary qualification or relevant training is preferred but not essential.
Past experience in the field is preferred but not essential.
