Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative

Location: Pusula Ltd
Job Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm

Pusula Ltd is a growing eCommerce business specialising in the supply of high-quality whole food ingredients to customers across the UK. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service, efficient order fulfilment, and maintaining high standards throughout our warehouse operations.

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Forklift Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our team. This is a varied role that combines forklift operation, delivery driving, and general warehouse duties, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Safely operate a forklift truck to load, unload, and move stock throughout the warehouse.
Carry out local deliveries and collections using the company delivery van.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Receive and check incoming deliveries.
Organise and store stock within the warehouse.
Assist with stock control and inventory checks.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Follow all health and safety procedures at all times.
Support other warehouse operations as required.

Essential Requirements

Valid forklift truck licence/certification.
Minimum 3 years driving experience with van
Full UK driving licence (standard Category B).
Comfortable driving company delivery vans.
Good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive attitude with a willingness to help across different areas of the warehouse.

Desirable Skills

Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
Experience using warehouse management systems.
Previous experience within an eCommerce or distribution environment.
