Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and personable commercially minded adviser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored product or service recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, organisational abilities, and a customer-focused attitude to drive sales and enhance client satisfaction. This position offers an opportunity to develop valuable sales experience within a professional environment and we are looking for somebody with the drive and ambition to go through their gears to align with the long term goals of the business.

Responsibilities

Processing orders and managing internal systems
Liaising with internal teams (production, sales, dispatch)
Handling queries and ensuring timely responses
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Supporting general office and project department operations as required

Skills

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude
Reliable with a strong work ethic and good attendance
Comfortable using systems and learning new processes
Ability to manage workload during busy periods
