Overview
We are seeking a friendly and versatile Barista/All Rounder to join our team.

This role involves preparing high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting with various operational tasks within our vibrant café environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, food safety, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.

This position offers an engaging work environment where you can develop your skills and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other drinks in accordance with company standards.
Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items meet quality and safety standards.
Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering queries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, including sanitising equipment and surfaces regularly.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system, including giving correct change.
Follow food safety protocols at all times to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Restock supplies as needed and assist with general café duties to support smooth daily operations.
Manage time efficiently during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery.

Experience

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of food safety standards is desirable.
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.
Basic maths skills are necessary for handling cash transactions accurately.
Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy shifts.
A friendly attitude with excellent communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members.
