E-Commerce & ERP Systems Administrator

Location: Didcot, Oxfordshire (no remote working)

Job Type: Full-time Monday - Friday

Keen Dist Ltd is one of the UK's leading skateboard distributors, supplying premium skateboard brands to retailers while also serving customers through our online channels. We are passionate about skateboarding and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional products and outstanding service to both our retail partners and online customers.

We’re looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused E-Commerce & ERP Systems Administrator to join our team and support the day-to-day running of our product catalogue, sales administration and online operations.

The Role

This is a varied and hands-on role that combines product and sales administration, launches and processing alongside Shopify store maintenance. Working closely with our sales, warehouse and marketing teams, you'll play an important role in ensuring our products, information and online channels are accurate, up to date and operating efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management

Create, maintain and update product information across Shopify and internal systems.
Upload new products, pricing, specifications, descriptions and images.
Support new product launches and seasonal product updates.
Ensure product data is accurate and consistent across all online channels.

Seasonal Order Form Creation & Sales Support

Create and maintain seasonal order forms from supplier catalogues and product information.
Ensure product details, pricing, variants are accurately entered into our systems.
Work closely with the sales team to prepare order forms ahead of seasonal sales windows.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure product information is accurate and up to date.
Maintain organised product data and documentation to support efficient sales and ordering processes.

Shopify & Online Channel Maintenance

Maintain and optimise online channels
Upload products, collections and promotional content.
Monitor stock availability and ensure inventory is accurately reflected online.
Support website merchandising and seasonal campaigns.
Identify and resolve product listing or website issues.

General Administration

Support operational projects and process improvements.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across sales, marketing, purchasing and warehouse operations.
Reporting and data collection for all areas of the business.
Carry out additional administrative duties as required.

About You

You'll be someone who:

Has exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills.
Enjoys working with systems, data and processes.
Can confidently manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Communicates professionally and builds positive working relationships.
Is proactive, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team.
Is proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Desirable Experience

Shopify administration.
CRM systems.
Product data management.
eCommerce administration.
Order processing and customer service.
Inventory management.
Experience within the skateboarding, action sports or lifestyle industry would be advantageous but is not essential.
