Full job description

We are recruiting a new member to join our team. It is a full-time position that is available and you will be required to work both weekdays and weekends. Our brand has been established for 15 years. Priding ourselves on the highest level of customer service and with a rating of 4.9 on Google reviews, we are one of the most exciting innovative unisex fashion brands in the quirky town of Camden. In order to maintain our high level of standards, reliability, great communication skills, and good sense of aesthetic/style and grooming is essential.

This is a full-time position and you will be required to work a minimum of 40 hours a week.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and product selections.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure a smooth sales process.
Maintain an organised and visually appealing sales floor.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
Assist in inventory management and restocking of merchandise as needed.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.

Skills

Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficient in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
Advanced knowledge of sales principles and practices
