Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Office Admin/Receptionist to join our team! In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our organisation, ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional administrative support. Your energy, attention to detail, and proactive approach will help create a positive environment for colleagues and visitors alike. Duties

Greet visitors and clients warmly, maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times
Manage incoming calls, direct inquiries efficiently, and take detailed messages when necessary
Handle data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications and our case management system
Organise and maintain office files, records, and supplies to ensure a tidy and efficient workspace
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for staff members
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and stationary management
Support other staff with administration tasks as needed

Qualifications

Prior office experience demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Strong typing skills with high accuracy for data entry tasks
Experience in clerical work or administrative support roles preferred
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Knowledge of basic office equipment operation such as printers, scanners, and phones
