Overview

Join our vibrant team as an 'Experienced Bar Staff member' and become the heartbeat of a lively, welcoming environment! Whether you're pouring drinks, engaging with patrons, or maintaining a spotless bar area, your contribution will be vital to our success. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills in a dynamic setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, ensuring high-quality standards
Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety regulations
Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible serving practices are followed at all times
Manage cash transactions accurately using basic math skills for billing and change handling
Restock supplies regularly to ensure the bar is fully equipped for busy periods
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during peak hours and special events

Experience

Previous experience working in hospitality or restaurant environments is highly preferred
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively in fast-paced settings
Strong communication skills, including serving customers confidently and professionally
Basic math proficiency for handling transactions accurately
Familiarity with restaurant operations and customer service expectations is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
