Position: Administration Assistant
Location: Daventry
Company: Nene Valley Firewood (a division of Eco Dry Energy Ltd)
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
Employment Type: Full-Time, Initially Seasonal role with possibility of extension, subject to business needs and performance. Work hours: 8:00 until 16:00
Start Date: August/September

We are a dynamic and growing organization seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team.

Job Summary: As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments and contributing to a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, in a timely and professional manner.

· Provide friendly, helpful customer service.

· Assisting with route scheduling for our fleet of delivery vehicles.

· Use our e-commerce systems to support daily operations.

· Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

· Resolve minor issues and escalate more complex problems to appropriate personnel.

· Carry out general office duties, including filing, typing and document management.

· Provide administrative support to management and other departments.

Qualifications:

· Experience as an administration assistant or in a similar role.

· Strong organisational and time management skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication.

· A positive, team-focused attitude.

· Good attention to detail, problem-solving skills and prioritizing tasks accordingly.
