About the Role

Cikarang Presisi Solutions Ltd is seeking an organised and detail-focused Data Processing Assistant to support our Glasgow-based administrative operations.

This entry-level position involves entering information, checking business records, maintaining digital files, and helping ensure that company data remains accurate and up to date. Full guidance and role-specific training will be provided.

This opportunity is ideal for someone beginning an administrative or data-entry career who is comfortable using computers, follows instructions carefully, and takes pride in producing accurate work.

Key Responsibilities

Enter information accurately into company databases and spreadsheets
Review records for missing, incomplete, or incorrect information
Update customer, supplier, and internal business records
Organise digital documents using established filing procedures
Process forms, reports, and routine administrative documents
Maintain confidentiality when handling company information
Complete regular data-quality and accuracy checks
Respond to basic internal requests for documents or information
Report discrepancies to the appropriate team member
Support general administrative duties when required

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Previous experience in data entry, administration, office support, or customer service is helpful but not required
Applications from school leavers, career starters, and candidates changing careers are welcome

Skills

Good attention to detail and accuracy
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, or similar software
Comfortable entering and reviewing information on a computer
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Good organisation and time-management abilities
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
Responsible approach to confidential information
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Secondary school education or equivalent preferred
A university degree is not required

Pay: £25,420.00-£31,000.00 per year
