Job Overview

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, with precision and flair

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management to ensure availability of popular items
Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills and operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently
Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and adhere to responsible serving policies
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times

Skills

Strong hospitality skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in beverage handling
Experience working in a restaurant or bar environment is highly desirable
Excellent serving skills, including taking orders, delivering drinks, and managing multiple tables or customers simultaneously
Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions and calculating bills
Effective time management to prioritize tasks during high-volume shifts
Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
