Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating high-quality beverages. Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety standards at all times.
Take customer orders accurately, process payments, and handle cash or card transactions efficiently.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a friendly manner and addressing any special requests or dietary needs.
Restock supplies as needed, including ingredients, cups, lids, straws, and napkins throughout shifts.
Follow health and safety regulations related to food handling and hygiene practices.
Assist with food preparation tasks when required, such as assembling snacks or light meals.

Experience

Previous experience as a Barista is a essential.
Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Basic skills in food preparation and basic maths are beneficial for handling transactions accurately.
Strong time management skills are essential to ensure efficient service during busy periods.
A friendly attitude with excellent communication skills is vital for creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
