Overview

Join our team as a Barista and become the heart of a lively coffee community! In this role, you will craft beverages, deliver exceptional customer service, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help us serve up memorable experiences every day. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food preparation, serving, and time management while working in a fast-paced environment that values positivity and teamwork.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and speed
Ensure all food safety standards are strictly followed to maintain a clean and safe environment
Engage with customers warmly, taking orders efficiently and providing excellent service to foster loyalty
Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling fresh focaccia sandwiches or toasties when needed
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas throughout your shift
Support inventory management by restocking supplies and notifying the manager of stock needs

Skills

Proven experience as a Barista or in a similar serving role, demonstrating excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for hygiene and cleanliness
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently without compromising quality
Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Effective communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members
Basic food preparation skills to assist with light kitchen tasks when required
