Sales Representative — Quick Car Finance

£30,000 basic · £55,000 OTE · uncapped commission (top performers earn £85,000+) Bournemouth or Manchester · Full-time, permanent · Starting August 2026

In just five years, Quick Car Finance has gone from an ambitious Bournemouth start-up to the best-rated car finance broker in the UK (don't take our word for it — read our Google reviews). We got here by doing two things brilliantly: giving customers a world-class experience, and giving our people a place they actually want to work.

Now we're growing, and we're looking for driven, ambitious Sales Representatives ready to fast-track their careers and unlock real earning potential.

This isn't cold calling into the void. Every day you'll work hot, qualified leads — customers who already want our help — and match them with the right finance and the perfect car. You'll build genuine relationships with customers, lenders and dealers, put your sales expertise to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing team, and be rewarded with uncapped commission for the results you deliver.

What you'll be doing

You'll own the full journey — from that first qualified lead through to a happy customer driving away in the right car. That means understanding what each customer really needs, matching them with the best lender and vehicle, guiding them through the process with clarity and care, and building the kind of relationships that earn our five-star reviews. You'll work closely with dealers and lenders, stay on top of your own pipeline, and consistently deliver a high-quality service that keeps customers coming back.

What you'll bring

We're looking for someone who thrives on hitting targets — and then beating them. Ideally you'll have experience in a competitive sales environment, whether that's financial services, a motor dealership, or another results-driven role. Beyond the track record, you'll be:

Your working week

Monday–Thursday: 9am–6pm (one late shift a week, 10am–7pm)
