Overview

Join our dynamic team as an Office Assistant and become a vital part of our organization’s smooth daily operations! This energetic role offers the opportunity to support administrative functions, enhance office efficiency, and contribute to a positive work environment. You will be the friendly face and organized backbone of our office, ensuring that everything runs seamlessly from scheduling to data management. Responsibilities

Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and Simpro
Assist with organizing files, documents, and office supplies to maintain a tidy and efficient workspace
Support administrative duties such as scheduling appointments, preparing Job reports, and handling correspondence
Greet visitors warmly, and ensure they are comfortable while maintaining security protocols
Maintain office equipment, troubleshoot basic issues, and coordinate repairs when necessary

Requirements

Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
Prior administrative experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and phone etiquette
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
Fast typing skills with high accuracy to support data management activities
Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
Strong communication skills combined with a friendly and professional demeanor
