Job Description: Warehouse Coordinator

Role Overview

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient day to day operations of the warehouse. This includes coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, managing stock accuracy, resolving system queries, and liaising with internal teams and transport providers to ensure smooth supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

Review and manage transfer and dispatch locations to ensure efficient stock movement
Prepare and print work orders for upcoming operations
Generate documents and pick tickets for warehouse activities
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for goods in and goods out processes

Inbound & Stock Management

Book in inbound deliveries accurately within the system
Support goods-in operations, including booking stock onto WMS
Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy
Coordinate uplift and receipt of stock from third-party logistics (3PL) providers

Outbound & Transport Coordination

Review planned delivery routes and prepare outbound documentation
Liaise with transport teams regarding delivery schedules, issues, and route planning
Provide cover for transport administration where required

Systems & Administrative Support

Monitor and manage query boards and email communications
Investigate and resolve system queries related to goods in and goods out
Work closely with the Purchasing team to resolve stock discrepancies
Ensure all documentation and system records are accurate and up to date

General Duties

Assist with ordering and organising warehouse related materials and tasks
Support continuous improvement and efficient warehouse operations

Key Skills & Requirements

Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills with the ability to liaise across departments
Experience with warehouse management systems, Sage X3 preferred
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive approach to problem solving

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £26,416.00-£28,000.00 per year
