Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Server/Barstaff and become the heart of an energetic, welcoming environment! In this role, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly, efficient service at the bar and dining areas. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable moments for our guests, ensuring they feel valued and satisfied from their first sip to their last bite. Duties

Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu options with enthusiasm and clarity
Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring timely delivery and presentation
Prepare and serve drinks responsibly, maintaining proper food safety and hygiene standards
Assist in food preparation tasks as needed, supporting kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and service stations
Manage guest inquiries professionally, providing excellent guest services throughout their visit

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is highly preferred
Knowledge of serving techniques, food safety regulations, and basic food preparation skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong time management skills
Basic math skills for handling bills, cash transactions, and inventory counts
Familiarity with kitchen operations or culinary experience is a plus
Excellent guest service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
