Job Summary

THE COURTHOUSE RUGBY

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where organisational skills and professionalism are highly valued. The successful applicant will be responsible for managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring smooth daily operations within the organisation.

Duties

Managing and maintaining executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Handling incoming correspondence via email, phone calls, and postal mail with professionalism and courtesy
Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
Performing data entry tasks accurately into various systems such as QuickBooks and other organisational databases
Organising files, records, and confidential information in an efficient manner
Assisting with personal errands and administrative tasks as required by the executive team
Managing phone etiquette when liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal staff
Coordinating meetings, including booking venues and preparing necessary materials
Supporting the organisation of company events or functions as needed

Skills

Proven administrative experience with a strong understanding of office procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
Good phone etiquette and professional communication abilities
Typing speed of at least 60 words per minute for efficient document preparation
Previous office experience demonstrating reliability and discretion in handling sensitive information

This role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking to utilise their organisational talents within a supportive professional environment. The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate excellent time management skills whilst maintaining a positive attitude towards all responsibilities undertaken.

Pay: £12.80-£13.50 per hour
