Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support our office operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, maintaining efficient workflows, and ensuring smooth communication within the team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience who are eager to develop their skills in a professional environment. The position is paid and suitable for those looking to contribute to organisational success through effective administrative support.

Opportunities for overtime available.

Duties

Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately.
Organising and maintaining files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats
Performing data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Outlook and Famly. (Will be inducted on Famly).
Assisting with scheduling appointments, meetings, and calendar management for team members.
Handling general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, and ordering supplies.
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy and organised to optimise productivity
Upload and maintain our social media platform to advertise spaces within Nursery.

Requirements

Proven office or administrative experience with strong organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
Strong communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and manage time efficiently.
Attention to detail in all aspects of work to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Holiday cover for Management team.
