About The Role

We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our HR team and provide comprehensive administrative support across a busy healthcare division. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous HR administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, professionalism and customer service are key.

As an integral member of the HR function, you will support a wide range of employee lifecycle activities, ensuring HR processes are completed accurately, compliantly and within strict deadlines. From onboarding new starters to processing contractual changes, you will play an important role in maintaining a positive employee experience.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining employee records within the HR Information System, supporting payroll processes and ensuring compliance documentation is up to date. Your attention to detail will help ensure the integrity of HR data and the smooth running of key people processes across the business.

Working closely with colleagues across HR and the wider organisation, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to process improvements, support project work and develop your HR knowledge within a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

Supporting the onboarding process by creating employee records and maintaining electronic personnel files.

Processing starters, leavers and contractual changes accurately and within payroll deadlines.

Preparing contracts of employment, change letters and other HR documentation.

Updating employee information and ensuring all HR records are accurate and compliant.

Maintaining compliance records including professional registrations, training records and other regulatory documentation.

Supporting employee lifecycle activities such as maternity, paternity, flexible working and benefits administration.

Assisting with reporting, audits, document management and general HR administration.

Delivering a professional and customer-focused service through all written, telephone and face-to-face communications.

What we’ll look for in you

Previous experience working in a fast-paced HR administrative environment.

Experience updating employee records and processing HR changes within an HR Information System.

A strong understanding of HR administration processes and the employee lifecycle.

Experience preparing employment contracts and contractual documentation with a high degree of accuracy.

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work to strict deadlines.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.

A professional, customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A Level 3 qualification or equivalent, with a CIPD qualification or healthcare experience being advantageous.
