ACECOMMS is a growing communications consultancy helping businesses work smarter through AI, strategic communications and digital marketing.

We're looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to introduce our services to businesses across the UK. This is a flexible, remote opportunity that's ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, spotting opportunities and isn't afraid to pick up the phone or send a personalised email.

About the role

You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, starting conversations and generating qualified leads for ACECOMMS

This isn't a hard-sales role - we're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships and introducing businesses to services that can genuinely make a difference.

You'll have the freedom to manage your own workload, suggest new ideas and help shape the growth of a young business from the ground up.

Your responsibilities

Research and identify businesses that could benefit from our services.
Build prospect lists using AI and online research tools.
Reach out to potential clients via email, LinkedIn and telephone.
Book discovery calls with interested businesses.
Keep accurate records of conversations and leads.
Work with AI tools to improve prospecting and outreach.
Share ideas to improve our sales process and marketing.
Represent the ACECOMMS brand professionally and positively.

What we're looking for

We're more interested in attitude than years of experience.

You'll ideally have:

Excellent written communication skills.
Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
Experience in business development, sales or lead generation.
An interest in AI and emerging technology.
Familiarity with tools such as ChatGP, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot.
A proactive, self-motivated approach.
Strong organisational skills.
The ability to work independently from home.

Bonus points if you've worked in marketing, SaaS, technology or professional services.

Commission

This role is commission-based, with uncapped earning potential.

You'll receive a large commission on every successful client you bring to ACECOMMS, with the opportunity to earn recurring commission on ongoing subscription services such as our AI Support Subscription.
