Chef de Partie – Full Time

Location: Reddington Pub Company Venues (The Old Vol, The Anchor & Tom Browns)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: Base Salary £33,540 per annum (dependent on experience)

About Us

The Reddington Pub Company is a growing hospitality group operating some of Nottinghamshire's most respected dining destinations, including The Old Vol in Caythorpe, The Anchor in Gunthorpe, and Tom Browns on the banks of the River Trent.

Our venues are known for delivering exceptional food, outstanding service, and memorable guest experiences. We are passionate about fresh ingredients, seasonal menus, and maintaining the highest standards across all areas of our business.

We are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team and support our continued growth across the group.

The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section and ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards. Working alongside our Head Chefs and Sous Chefs, you will play a key role in delivering consistent quality across our venues.

This position offers variety and development opportunities, with the flexibility to support different venues within the group when required.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain your designated section during service.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes in line with company standards.
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation are maintained at all times.
Support menu development and seasonal specials.
Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety, and HACCP procedures.
Assist with stock control and minimise waste.
Support, train, and mentor junior kitchen team members.
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Contribute to a positive and professional kitchen culture.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience working in a professional kitchen environment.
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie ready to progress.
Excellent knowledge of fresh food preparation and cooking techniques.
Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Full UK driving licence preferred.
Must be willing and able to travel between company venues when required.
Passion for hospitality, food quality, and personal development.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
