Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and personable Front of House Team Members to join our vibrant team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a welcoming environment, and supporting daily operations. The ideal candidate will be organised, friendly, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop interpersonal skills and gain valuable experience within a dynamic team.

Duties

Greet customers warmly upon arrival and ensure they feel welcome
Take orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly assistance with menu selections
Handle payments using the POS system, ensuring transactions are processed smoothly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables and counters
Answer customer queries promptly and professionally, resolving any issues with courtesy
Support team members during busy periods to ensure seamless service delivery
Assist with opening and closing procedures as required
Promote special offers or upcoming events to enhance customer experience
Food and drink service

minimum of 3 evening shifts per week

Skills

Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour
Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends and evenings if required
Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is desirable but not essential; full training will be provided
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
