As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

The Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the business with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring that documentation, records and processes are accurate, up to date and audit-ready.

The primary focus of the role is to coordinate and administer the company's health and safety activities, making it ideally suited to an experienced, highly organised administrator seeking a part-time position.

Key Responsibilities

Health & safety administration

Maintain and organise all health & safety documentation, ensuring records are accurate, up to date, and easily accessible.
Manage structured filing systems for all H&S-related information.
Provide general administrative support related to health & safety and compliance activities, liaising with internal teams to gather, update & maintain required information.

Risk assessments & documentation:

Support the creation, formatting, and ongoing management of risk assessments and safe systems of work.
Ensure all documentation meets internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Incident & reporting support:

Support incident reporting processes, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and properly logged.

Experience, Skills & Personal Attributes

Experience & Skills (Essential):

Strong administrative experience in a professional environment
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident managing and maintaining structured records and documentation
Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure
Clear and professional communication skills
