Busy Ormskirk Town Centre Estate Agency requires an additional member of staff to join our established sales team to help us maintain our superior levels of customer service. We understand the market is changing - but if you're an Estate Agent and looking to work in an agency that continues to thrive no matter the market conditions we would love to hear from you.

Job Description: Senior Sales Negotiator/ Valuer

Maintain regular vendor and potential purchaser contact.
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide valuations, using local knowledge and tools provided by us.
Conduct Market Appraisals - demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits of using us to sell or let their homes.
Follow up on leads and enquiries promptly to maximise conversion rates.
Provide feedback to vendors at the earliest convenience.
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of all properties being marketed to maximise sales opportunities.
Provide property details to potential buyers and ensure properties are matched as closely as possible to the established needs of potential purchasers.
Take offers and negotiate sales.
Record applicants and produce matches.
Prepare information and keys for the accompanied viewer.
Liaising with estate agents, solicitors, and surveyors.

Hours of work

· Monday to Friday 8:45am to 5.00pm

· Saturday 9.00am to 2pm

· Working alternate Saturdays, day off during the week.

Essential Experience:

Experience:

Estate Agency: 2 years (required)
You will be required to have strong negotiating skills.
MUST have good computer skill. (required)
Previously worked with the STREET C.R.M. an advantage.
Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the telephone.
Smart appearance.
Good timekeeping.
Good local geographical knowledge.

You will have been working in Estate Agency Sales / Valuer Position for at least 2 years. To apply please send us your CV and cover letter in confidence.
