About the Role:

About You:

Previous relevant hotel experience with a flexible, hands-on approach.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to develop and support your team.
Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills to deliver a seamless and memorable guest experience.
Clear and confident communication across a variety of formats.
Adaptable and calm under pressure, with the ability to tackle both routine and unexpected challenges.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail – skilled in managing your own time and that of others effectively.
