Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and personable Salesperson to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about sales, marketing, and delivering exceptional customer service. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products or services that meet their needs
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Promote and upsell products or services through effective marketing techniques
Provide detailed product information and answer customer queries accurately
Maintain an organised sales environment and ensure displays are attractive and well-stocked
Follow up with potential clients via phone or email to generate new business opportunities
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings to enhance sales strategies

Experience

Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging effectively with clients
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
Bilingual proficiency is advantageous for communicating with a broader customer demographic
Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and deliver excellent customer service
