Hotel Receptionist – The Welcombe Hotel, Stratford-upon-Avon

Casual/Zero hours / Hours to Suit/Weekends/Shift support/Overtime available

Part time 20 hours or Full time hours 40 hours available

The Welcombe Hotel, on the edge of Stratford-upon-Avon, features 85 bedrooms, 7 apartments, a Spa with swimming pool, 18-hole championship golf course, and acres of landscaped gardens – making it a wonderful place to work and grow your hospitality career.

We are currently seeking a Hotel Receptionist to join our friendly and welcoming front office team.

About the role:

Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Handling guest enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email, providing helpful and accurate information.
Taking reservations and ensuring guest details are accurately recorded.
Managing payments, billing, and administrative tasks.
Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure excellent guest experiences.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and guest-ready reception area at all times.

About you:

Previous experience in a reception or front desk role is desirable, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Confident in using computer systems and able to learn hotel systems quickly.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about delivering outstanding guest service.
Able to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
