Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration to contribute to a professional and dynamic environment. The Administrator will play a vital role in managing correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting various departments with clerical tasks.

Duties

Managing incoming calls with professional phone etiquette and directing enquiries appropriately
Organising and maintaining physical and electronic filing systems
Data entry and updating records using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail
Scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for team members
Supporting team members with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing documents
Ensuring the office environment is tidy, organised, and well-stocked with supplies
Providing general administrative support across departments as required

Experience

Proven office experience or administrative experience is essential
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
Good typing speed and data entry skills for accurate record keeping
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally via phone and email with clients and colleagues
Clerical experience that highlights attention to detail and efficiency
