Job Summary
Aeros Limited is one of the UK's leading aviation training organisations, dedicated to providing exceptional flight training experiences. We are committed to shaping the future of aviation by producing highly skilled, safety-conscious pilots. Our school offers a supportive and professional environment for both students and staff. We are seeking a detail-orientated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Student Support Assistant. This full time position, Monday - Friday 8:30-17:30 is a 12 month position to cover maternity leave. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Student Support department. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent organisational skills & strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Prepare and issue student contracts and manage the student onboarding process.
Provide administrative support throughout the student lifecycle, ensuring accurate records and documentation are maintained.
Conduct regular stock takes and monitor inventory levels.
Order and coordinate the supply of uniforms, equipment, and training materials.
Produce flight school reports and operational documentation.
Process and respond to airline reference requests in a timely and professional manner.
Organise and coordinate Radio Telephony (RT) courses, including scheduling and student communications.
Prepare quotations and proposals for military personnel training programmes.
Raise invoices
Assist the Student Support Manager with daily administrative and operational duties.
Handle telephone and email enquiries, providing excellent customer service to prospective and current students.

We use a range of computer software systems to support theses tasks. Full training will be provided.

Qualifications

Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Basic computer knowledge and skills.
