Overview

We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Support Agent to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and possess strong communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers via various channels, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and professionally. Fluency in multiple languages, particularly Spanish and English, is highly desirable to support our diverse client base. This position is ideal for those looking to develop their skills in a supportive environment while contributing to a positive customer experience.

Duties

Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, or live chat
Perform accurate data entry to update customer records and transaction details
Provide information about products and services, upselling where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales opportunities
Handle complaints or issues with professionalism, aiming for first-contact resolution
Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Analyse customer feedback and interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement
Assist in processing orders, returns, or exchanges as required
Support team members with administrative tasks related to customer service operations

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer support or call centre environment is advantageous
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English are highly desirable; fluency in additional languages is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional phone manner
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude
Analytical mindset with the ability to assess situations quickly and effectively
Demonstrated ability in upselling products or services tactfully during customer interactions
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently within a part-time schedule
