Sales Client Services Team Member – Estate Agency

We are a market-leading, multi-award-winning independent estate agent, known for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

The Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity available in our Sales Client Services team. This is primarily an office-based role where exceptional communication and organisational skills are essential. You will be a key player in building trust and strong relationships with clients.

Duties include:

Handling inbound and outbound telephone calls.
Arranging property viewings and valuations.
Maintaining regular contact with current and sometimes previous clients.
Providing excellent customer service and helping to build client relationships.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
