Breakfast ChefJob Summary

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality breakfast dishes while maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety, and presentation standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated chef who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a wide range of breakfast dishes in accordance with recipes and quality standards.
Ensure all food is prepared and served promptly to meet service requirements.
Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen in line with food safety and health regulations.
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory management to ensure ingredients are always available.
Work closely with the front-of-house team to provide outstanding customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Adhere to all health and safety procedures, including correct food handling, storage, and temperature control.
Assist with menu development by suggesting new dishes and seasonal specials based on customer feedback and current food trends.
Ensure every dish is presented to the highest standard before service.
Support the wider kitchen team and contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the kitchen.

Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef, Chef, or Cook within a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP principles, and kitchen health and safety procedures.
Experience preparing a variety of breakfast dishes in a busy kitchen.
The ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise workloads.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
