Full job description

Flo Group provides payroll, software and funding solutions to recruitment agencies across the UK. Over the last few years, we’ve tripled in size — and our growth continues.

We’re now looking for a highly organised, proactive Backoffice Agency Administrator to join our Client Support team based just outside Tamworth.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, working with systems and solving problems for clients. You do not need direct payroll or recruitment industry experience — we are looking for people with strong attention to detail, a positive attitude and the ability to learn quickly.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll take ownership of the back-office administration and payroll support service for a portfolio of recruitment agency clients, becoming a key point of contact for their day-to-day operational support.

Responsibilities include:

Processing and managing large volumes of payroll and back-office data accurately
Supporting recruitment agency clients with payroll administration and queries
Providing first-line support on our software platforms
Processing new starters, leavers and payroll amendments
Calculating holiday pay and statutory payments
Ensuring timesheets are received and processed on time
Producing and issuing payslips
Managing client requests professionally and efficiently
Working across multiple systems and software platforms daily
Sending Invoices out to Clients on the Agencies behalf

What We’re Looking For

We’re interested in people who are organised, detail-focused and confident communicating with clients.

You’ll ideally have:

Previous administration or office support experience
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills, particularly over the phone and email
Confidence using systems and learning new software
Experience using payroll systems such as BrightPay, Primo or similar platforms
Experience using CRM recruitment softwares or accounting systems
The ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines
A proactive and team-focused attitude

Experience within payroll, recruitment or finance administration would be beneficial but is not essential.
