Full job description

Twoth Dental & Facial Aesthetics is a high end, private clinic in St John's Wood providing dental and facial aesthetics treatments. Our services include general, cosmetic dentistry & facial enhancement by a highly experienced, dynamic team.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a kind and caring from of house receptionist who has a passion for prioritising patients and their journey at the clinic. We are looking for an experienced, happy, warm, reliable and motivated individual who is responsible for the wellbeing of all patients with the ability to work alongside all team members and deal with patients with utmost professionalism. We are a 5 treatment room clinic focused on general, cosmetic dentistry and facial aesthetics located in the beautiful area of St John's Wood.

Works alongside treatment coordinators and manager

The main duties involved but not restricted to:

Greet all patients with a warm welcome and serve them refreshments
Liase with all team members & clinicians
Answer the telephone in a positive, efficient and friendly manner
Manage practice email, take online chats
Receive and deal with patients and visitors in a pleasant and prompt manner
Notify dentists/hygienists of patients’ arrivals
Schedule patient appointments in accordance with the practice policies
Keep records of all appointments and remind patients of their appointments as required
Prepare patient records and day sheets for each dentist and hygienist
Collect and record patient payments and pursue any debts in accordance with the practice payments policy
Follow computer procedures to ensure that patient records are properly maintained on our software
Liaise with dental laboratories, suppliers and other organisations as required, keeping records of laboratory work in and out
Manage the sales of dental sundries to patients and ensure patients are provided with the opportunity to buy sundries when they leave the practice
Prepare daily, weekly, monthly cashing up reports and KPI’s
Keep the office, patient’s toilet and reception area always tidy and welcoming
Identify his/her own training and development needs and undertake appropriate training as agreed with the line manager during appraisal
Any other duties which may be requested by the practice owner or practice manager from time to time
Looking presentable and representing the brand in an elegant way at all times
Career pathway for future positions available
To have knowledge of dental and facial aesthetics procedures is essential but not a must. Customer service and being helpful is key
Understanding a 5* patient journey and what it means for a patient to enter and leave the clinic feeling looked after and satisfied.
To listen, respond and act appropriately with staff members and patients
