Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Domestic Assistant to join our team and contribute to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning and organizational services, ensuring that all areas are hygienic, well-maintained, and efficiently managed. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will help create a comfortable space for residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, windows, furniture, and fixtures using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
Manage waste disposal and recycling processes to uphold hygiene standards
Organize storage spaces and supplies to ensure easy access and efficient use of resources
Communicate effectively with team members and residents to address cleaning needs or concerns promptly
Assist with laundry services, including washing, drying, and ironing.
Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules and supplies inventory
Follow health and safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents or contamination
Assist with light maintenance tasks or reporting repairs needed in the facility
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver a high standard of service.

We are looking for:

Proven experience in hospitality, cleaning, or management roles is preferred but not required
Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with team members and residents
Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
