We are now seeking a professional, highly organised, and proactive PA to the Executive Team, a pivotal role at the heart of our leadership during an exciting phase of growth. This is a part time / term time only role, 20 hours per week, 5 days per week. Cross site and hybrid working.

Astrum Multi Academy Trust includes Newbridge School, an outstanding all-through special school supporting pupils with severe and complex needs. About the Role

As a trusted partner to the Executive Team, you will:

Provide high-level administrative and organisational support to senior leaders
Handle sensitive information with discretion, integrity, and professionalism
Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions with precision
Enable strong communication and collaboration between the leadership team and stakeholders

Strong administrative expertise, including advanced Microsoft 365 skills
Excellent numeracy, literacy, and communication skills
The ability to build relationships with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism
Outstanding planning and organisational capability, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
