Full job description

APAC is a family run business operating in the floristry, party, wedding, horticultural and gift industries. We operate a central distribution centre and Head Office in Rothley, Leicester; as well as as number of wholesale cash and carries nationwide trading under the name of Whittingtons and Country Baskets Imports. We are a fast paced rapidly growing company and amongst the largest in our industry in the UK.

We are now looking for a full time sales administrator to join our small and friendly Sales Team on a permanent contract.

Duties will include:

Supporting the Sales Reps and looking after a specific portfolio of customers
Helping with organising far east shipments
Liaising and support for our Wholesale Trade accounts
Building relationships with our trade customers
Entering and processing orders
Keeping customers updated of their orders
Answering general sales queries
Answering the telephone and directing calls to the right person
Liaising with the Warehouse Team

The ideal candidate should:

Have experience in an inbound sales environment
Have experience dealing with wholesale / trade customers
Be proficient in using Microsoft Office
Have excellent customer service skills
Be able to prioritise a busy workload and manage own time

Hours are Monday to Thursday 9am - 5.30pm & Friday 9am - 5pm (37 hours per week)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £24,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
