Customer Service Advisor

The Opportunity

As a Customer Services Advisor your job purpose will be to provide excellent customer service to our customers and liaise with any suppliers in a professional manner. As part of this you will be responsible for processing customer requests and any customer complaints.

What exactly will you do?
Prioritise and process customer requests submitted by telephone or email.
Investigate and resolve any customer complaints quickly and patiently.
Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records.
Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure.
Learn how to use various database systems and technology to deliver great customer care.
Liaise with energy suppliers on behalf of our customers to ensure they receive the best possible service.
Work as part of the NGP team to support colleagues, identify further business opportunities and drive positive company sales results.
Communicate with customers as their contract start dates approach to ensure a smooth transition to meet their specific energy needs.
Ensure we can keep our customers engaged, customer retention.
Ensure they comply with all company operating policies and procedures.

Any other duties that are deemed appropriate from time to time.
