Job Overview

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Seamstress to join our dynamic team! In this vital role, you will bring craftsmanship and precision to the creation, alteration, and repair of garments and textiles. Responsibilities

Operate sewing machines and related equipment to assemble, alter, or repair garments and textiles with accuracy and efficiency.
Follow detailed patterns, sketches, or technical instructions to produce high-quality finished products.
Inspect finished items for quality control, ensuring seams are secure, measurements are accurate, and overall craftsmanship meets standards.
Make precise alterations to garments based on customer requests or fitting requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored and maintained.
Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Keep detailed records of work completed, including measurements taken and alterations made.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sewing or tailoring, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Familiarity with various sewing techniques and machinery operation.
Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and steady hand-eye coordination for precise stitching.
Ability to interpret technical drawings or patterns accurately.
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly.
Flexibility to adapt to different tasks within the sewing process as needed.
