Full job description

Responsibilities

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their requirements, occasions (such as Ramadan, Eid, Hajj), and preferences.
Source and select Islamic products such as Islamic books, prayer mats, clothing, fragrances, and gift items.
Receive and process customer orders for retail and bulk purchases, ensuring accuracy and timely handling.
Explain product features, quality differences, and usage of specialist Islamic items.
Manage stock levels and ensure popular items are always available while avoiding overstock and wastage.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier contracts, and inventory reports.
Monitor market trends within Islamic retail and identify new product opportunities that match customer needs and seasonal demand.

Experience

Good communication skills to explain products clearly and help customers choose the right Islamic items
Strong customer service skills with a polite, respectful, and helpful approach
Good knowledge of Islamic products such as Qur’ans, books, prayer mats, clothing, and gifts
Sales skills to handle customer orders, promote products, and support business growth
