Full job description

Job Summary

Manage day-to-day office administration.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer enquiries.
Process orders and maintain accurate records.
Prepare invoices and organize paperwork.
Update spreadsheets and office documents.
Coordinate with suppliers and customers.
Assist with stock records and inventory updates.
Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Perform other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

Good communication and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail.
Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not essential, as training can be provided.
